It really depends on what sort of pasta you want.
Actually, I find PastaFresca one of the better ones which offer a
decent variety for a reasonable price (nothing should cost you more
than $20) and it has its fair share of more exquisite pasta which
you probably won't be able to find elsewhere at those prices. That
said, it might not offer you much value for money if you're just
there to try the standard fare (ie.bolognaise, carbonara, alfredo
and the likes).
