Yes the product look like this. The short type. I have 2 piece with me. And using quite happily.

Currently I am not in Singapore. The list of buyer will consolidate till may. The final purchase be made & sent to Singapore. I will have to test it at the seller side. & you guys have to test it first before you pay me. Because this item bears no warranty. Simple & straight forward. You guys bear no risk. There are many types of Sony thumbdrives on the market. Consumer will not be able to tell the difference.

All I can say is, if it was orginal from Sony Japan. There is no problem at all.

If it was not, then up to your luck. I have seen "Made In China" but the chips inside was different. Without opening it up to see the chips no one can really tell what's inside.

Currently I bought 5 pieces of 1GB USB thumb drive for testing by friends. Price SG$55. If the result is Good. Then will try to bring into Singapore. I don't sell things which I do not test. Later spoil name then siao liao.... Singapore pretty small market you know.

I dont understand, what do you mean by this is the only way? I assume you are getting direct from the manufacturer or an authorised dealer right? So, I dont see a need to open up the products first Confused I mean if its opened up, how do I give it as a gift to somebody?

the only problem with sony memory stick is the price...too high!
