As usual, brand count. 'Branded' webcam from Creative and Logitech cost more than those china brand.
Sensor Type won't affect much for the price, but CMOS is generally more cheaper than CCD type of sensor.
USB 2.0 webcam is generally more expensive than USB1.1 camera.
