For $40, I personally find the best value at Paulaner's. As a
matter of fact, I drop by pretty often whenever I'm in
Singapore.
Although their choices are more towards Swiss/German/Austrian
cuisine, the value-for-money is terrific for their "brunch" (only
available on Sundays though). You have an option of the choice of
free-flow drinks you want - it's $30++ if you opt for soft drinks
and $40++ if you opt for the Paulaner lagers.
