I havent' update on the latest law... but gov trying to relax
it.
the term (in Singapore, if I didn't mistaken):
register for business=hawker,small biz,print and sell home made CNY
cards (cos your buyer eg.school book shop, mom&pop book store,
requires invoice).
-You state your own tax etc.
-RETAILING clothes at bugis village, 5th flr of heeren, Basement of
Far East etc.
register for company=Private Limited, proper accounting and
documentation, annual taxation documentation and filing... etc.
Able to do business easier with oversea customers or
suppliers.
There's one in-between one. New law.
