One thing to note: Some batch of Canon, Panasonic, Sony, Nikon
cameras are problematic as the CCD will spoil easily. But recently
on LIAN HE ZAO BAO(chinese morning newspaper), there is an article
saying these brands will offer free repair service if the problem
is with the camera CCD. So nothing much to worry about. I can give
you that article too just in case anything happens in future and
you can go to canon service center with that. And most of the time,
cameras get spoilt because of CCD so it's safe.
