Yes..I have to agree that in low light condition, the photo can
be quite 'noisy' since the ISO setting is automatically set to
highest level 400.
But like ceecookie said, when you set the ISO manually, it is fine.
In fact, noisy image at high ISO is rather common for small point
and shoot camera like this.
About the anti-shock, I'm not aware of it but I know that this is
one of the latest T-series of Sony.
