what food cannot eat when you have open wounds?

as topic, what types of food we should not eat when we are recovering from wounds?

i know prawns and black soya sauce cannot eat, got others?

crabs and cuttlefish also

oranges?

eggs

practically seafood?

seafood especially prawns. and some say no soy sauce.

as long its seafood dont eat..
i think cannot drink beer n liquor also..
