feedback
"Honestly, you have not pointed out EXACTLY what you mean by bad/
mediocre food, it e.g. is the carrot cake too sweet or salty or
oily? As you know, taste is subjective, and need majoritys
consensus. And this is what we do in Makansutra. We have a group of
Makan-mata (read: Makan police) who are experts in a certain dish,
e.g. carrot cake, and they will eat at the stall anonymously. After
which, we will compare notes and ratings and list them down.
And from your email, you seem to agree that the pricing is
subjective, depending on taste and value for money, so I wont
attempt to address this issue here."
In short, they are not going to do anything about it.
Really, if their makan-mata are so pathetic, I think we better
change all of them
