Do you have an image hosting account? Like photobucket or
tinypic? They are free and you can just sign up and host your
images.
When you've hosted the pictures, they will provide you with a URL,
if not, right click the picture and click 'Properties'.
Put the URL between [ img ] and [ /img ] and post.
