pierre^^ SG After posting the durian topic which was unfortunately closed I am quite tempted to eat them So went to hougang central and look ard There are 4 stalls selling durian Most of the durians were selling for 1 dollar a box So i bought 3 box from diff stalls and skip one stall Stall 1 - Hougang Central - Near the traffic light, Outside the sell bubble tea shop (Besides QnM Dental) ($1 a box) Verdict from stall 1: 4 Seeds, Half of them are not ripe one. The other half so so nia 4/10 Stall 2 - Hougang Central - Opp Cheers (At the sell fruit stall) ($1 a box) 2/10 Verdict from stall 2: 6-7 Seeds, None of them are nice Stall 3 - Hougang Central - Just beside POSB ($2 a box) Verdict from stall 3: 4 Seeds, Half of them also not ripe one. And also nt that nice 4/10 The stall 4 is just beside stall 3, which is just in front of Fragrance BBQ Meat which i nv try Final Verdict: I shall stick to my $5 dollars a durian or 3 for $10 durians which are not open yet, rather than buying from box. Even though the colour are like nice, but it really spoilt moi appetite <
mhcampboy SG Go to JB, find those Pahang durian!! OH ME GAWD!! so sweet and nice!!!! The flesh farking thick!!! Paid RM18 for 2 durians... Worth it!
browniebaobao SG dun ever buy those packed de.. usually they leave them for a few days.. last time i gave my bro $10, asked him to help me buy.. in the end, all stale.

Wanda SG I seldom eat durians and I'm scared to buy from these stalls, coz I see their sign say $2 or $3 per box, but when I buy, they tell me it's $5 or $10 a box. So I end up buying from Fairprice occasionally $3.90 a box.
YA.YA SG I buy @ those fruit stalls... They open on the spot and sell you... So far so good lah.. But its such a sinful fruit..I have it only once in while.
pierre^^ SG Mom ask me buy durian for her. Hmm grt chance again to eat nicer durian this time. I bought 3 durians (1 for $5 from stall 4) and personally poke at the meat to see if it was tender enuff with each opening Aniway mum order me to finish up two box (she ate one box) Here they are ($5 durians) After 15 mins while watching Rats on tv @ the same time After 25 mins my verdict, not really that superb but sure beats the $1 durian. But some of the fruits hor, certain part nt ripe one, so u can see i eat rather untidy 6/10 Finally i dun wan to see another durian for the rest of the week
Ito_^ SG i like durian but i dare not buy, cuz they always try to cheat me one. i at least half a year neber eat durian liao. on average i eat one small box per year due to dat reason when my mom buy back.
missqi SG buy from tt carpark near botanic gardens.. even the gct buys fr there i heard. oh. and its about 60 for 3 durians
