this mutton soup is well known in sg n i deceide to give a try since its new outlet at HDB Hub food court, to my surprise the boss had a real bad attitude,even got to pay extra for taking away on both the soup n rice.the soup was not even up to standard n taste like plain water n worse the mutton had a real stinko smell,wonder how the joint get so many awards!ADVICE to all dont ever try or u waste ur $$$$

Remember the late 80s and early 90s? There was a food court opposite the old Toa Payoh Interchange. The mutton soup there was my favourite. Now, I like the one at Adam Road food centre. But the cheapest $3 bowl comes with stripped meat. Not that fun to eat. Better to order the $4 bowl.

The old Toa Payoh mutton soup was located at former Silver River food court,now TP mrt site,it also name New World mutton soup,and was managed by an old man.I don think present stall is the original one. Sad

its normal ma... in hawker ctr or food court u have to pay extra 20 cents for the plastic container takeaway....

mutton is suppose to have a smell ma....
