mach10 SG wana buy ar? PM me. 999yrs is not free hold la. downpayment depends on what kind u buy... T.O.P. means Temp Occupation Period. the time when u get the key and ready to move in.
mach10 SG oh btw, 999 or 99yrs are known as Leasehold. Freehold sometimes they will state "estate in Fee Simple" of Estate in perpetuity" That's Freehold.
