KFC LOUSY SERVICE

Today at around 2:49pm my 3 frens and i went to a KFC outlet at blk 501 jurong west st 51 then we ordered our food and waited.

My frens and i ordered OR Fillet meal wif cheese fries and my 3 frens got their food but i didnt get the food but was given the tag and was told to wait so i went back to the seat and waited.

i waited for about 15mins and my frens had almost finish their food, so i went and asked the person, the person then finally gave me my food.
if i have to go there and ask for my food wat is the point of giving me a tag and tell me to wait and say "i will bring the food to u later" Evil or Very Mad

Worst of all, they say wait 5 mins can liao, and they do not offer an apology? Somemore staring at me like an alien.

i went swensens there the person gib me wait like 20+ minutes until i asked.

i pay 10% service charge for this kinda crap.

food not even nice. who the fark designed dat celebritee set meals one? go and die la!

roast chicken stuffed wib cheese, dat i cannot taste at all. wad cheese? knn ccb. no cheese at all. side dishes sux, does not complement at all. stupid carrot, tastes like pumpkin.

last time @ mac...not much ppl but i had to wait for my foldover.But i waited and waited and saw some other ppl who ordered after me got their first...

den the person gave me a free chocolate sundae and i immediatedly become from buay song to very happy.haha
