this is what we do when i was working at a western cafe, we just
sprinkle the steak with a little salt and paparika, pop it on the
grill and serve it with the sauce. i believe that western grills
and stuff shld not be seasoned much and that it shld some with some
heavenly sauce.
you can get get sauce mix from most major super markets. just
follow the insturction and u be safe. no point covering a piece of
prime steak with seasoning.
