Wha the Yam ice cream looks good. I use to hate it when i was youngi use to think yam is a horrible thing to eat but now its seems quite nice. I like the dim sum yam with meat thing and orh nee and abacus. Very nice.lol

i like those yam ring hor, got garnish of crispy tung hoon...

then the ring must have a nice golden brown crispy crust...

then the filing must have big fat juicy prawns, succulent chicken or pork cubes, crunchy carrots n celery, n mosti importatnly cashew nuts!!!
