last nite i saw newspaper. WanBao. it says tt somenone in sg has bought a mclaren F1 for 3.92m. any more details anyone?

Really mama? You are wrong mama..McLaren F1 was one of the most advanced supercars ever at its time and it is still cutting edge even until today..AE86tofu is right..it'll make mincemeat of nearly all supercars out there now except for the Veyron..it even has a supple ride!

Person who bought it is not a Singaporean..a foreigner (probably British guy)..So I'm wondering did he buy it for his own collection in Singapore or is he going to bring it out of Singapore..I dunno..I saw the article on MyPaper..he bought it for S$3.92million and it ain't registered..Registering it would cost him from S$10million to S$13million..

Even if he's keeping it in Singapore, we won't have a chance to see it on our roads since it ain't registered.. Sad

The newspaper say only 65 in total..but I doubt so leh..I thought F1s used in races like the F1 GTR are modified to make it road legal and after that sold to interested buyers? Rowan Atkinson (aka Mr. Bean) has a F1 GTR isn't it?
