thoo2 SG cheaper option would be "Fortunate dim sum" inside Food Republic at vivo level 3. if not dim sum, but a chinese dinner, can consider Imperial herbal house, at level 3 next to Daiso, dishes start from $8....
DummiesInc SG Imperial Herbal serves very herbal food, so if you can't take medicinal tastes, stay away from it. I ate it once before when it was Metropole hotel and it certainly wasn't cheap, costing $300+ for 4 pax. on a side note, my writeup on bosses is here
