Have any of u been to Borshch Steakhouse at Serangoon Garden?
The food looks really good and value for money. However, I find the
service really bad! I called in to reserve a table, and asked if
smoking was allowed inside. Cos it looked like a pub kind of
restaurant. The woman who picked up just said “no smoking! no
smoking allowed!” and put down the phone. Don’t u think that is
damn rude?!
