Good food stalls, but very few outstanding ones, unlike Maxwell
market. I used to work near there too, but dread the lunchtime
crowd. But in the morning, I liked to go there for teochew muay,
and other breakfast stuff.
Diagonally across Amoy food centre, at McCallum St, there was a
fish head curry shop that's similar to the one at Toa Payoh Lor 8.
Very crowded too.
