chiabaliao SG The only tofu I don't like is the white soft one. But I like DouHua with syrup. My favourite tofu is crispy outside and soft inside. I also like hard tofu cooked in soya sauce.
the Bear SG soft tofu, just scald it with some hot water... slather teochew fermented bean sauce/lime/cut chilli mixture on it... wonderful with porridge
Kuali Baba SG Braised in a claypot or on a hot plate With fish paste in some varieities of yong tau hu In miso soup And in pong tauhu (prawn and tofu soup)
The man who was death SG i absolutely hate egg tofu.....fuking disgusting...... i lurve tau kwa and braised tofu the most....
MooKu SG i like fermented tofu with lots of chilli plain tofu with.. some kinda mince paste bean paste or just oyster sauce with fried shallots steamed tofu with minced meat hot plate egg tofu and... tau kwa, lightly fried on the outside, soft and yummy on the inside i'd like to try tofu salad someday i also like tau huay! but never try the salty one before.......

YA.YA SG Yeahh I love Toufu! I like it braised, fried, steamed and stir fried! Lol I like it anyway tats done. My fav is the hot plate toufu! Yum!
