692 is not that empty, the ridership is not that low...

I know, but most of the time it is really sad loading.
Sometimes, but sometimes, there will be full buses.
The reason is to connect the non-MTR areas in TKO to the whole
of city areas of HK Island correct? I can then see why 692P was
partially spared from scrapping (it was given a 3-month observation
period after consideration). Route is alr duplicating the MTR by a
big chunk and yet it is more expensive and it has horrific freq
too. I do take it though haha
