This also means that the post on Woodlands getting demolished
and re-constructed is not happening anytime soon. First Yishun will
go, then Hougang announcement will come out and it will go.
It might still be a couple years away that Woodlands might go.
If they are going to demolish it, I bet they will not build a new
one without being under the integrated hub.
You have a good point there. After looking through the LTMP
again it states that "Over the next 10 years we will build seven
more at Bedok, Bukit Panjang, Hougang, Joo Koon, Jurong East,
Marina South and Yishun together with developments in these
areas."
The temp int could just be a temporary int while they upgrade
the existing int to accommodate air-conditioning and perhaps
tunnels to connect to TSL, and not rebuilt as an integrated
hub.
