brand new (not used before) IBM original 256MB DDR 333MHz CL2.5 200
pins was taken out from a brand new IBM laptop to place a 512MB in.
The box that was used for keeping the 512MB is now used for storing
the 256MB and the box has 256MB written over it.
Serial number of the memory chip will be provided for
authentication purpose with IBM only on request.
