red wine chicken or rather Hong Zhao Chi
its cooked using home made red gutinous rice wine. its mostly
cooked with the home made wine and ginger. If i am not wrong its a
dish for women that just gave birth.
excellent taste , superb aroma . did not know they eat it with mee
sua. Dun see it much in Sg cuz making the red G rice wine is
illegal very common in johor area.
