When I was younger, we used to go to the food court at the
basement floor of Sembawang Shopping Centre (the old one, not Sun
Plaza, pls) to have dinner. There used to be a big variety of food
stalls. There was this Thai food stall of which it has been changed
to a restaurant by itself in there after it renovated.
There was also this shop that sold excellent claypot rice and bbq
seafood. I think about the sambal also my mouth water. It was THAT
good.
But the food court now is a Giant supermarket, I think. Anyone got
any idea where the Claypot Rice and BBQ seafood shop has moved to?
I can't seem to find it. Rumours that they move to the new Yishun
seafood village across the road also proved wrong. Nowhere to be
seen.... Anyone knows?
