I stew dry oysters, Gou Qi Zhi, shitake mushrroms , Fa Cai ( black
moss ) , dates and chicken feet into this thick thick black deadly
stew. I like to cook a lot at a go , like 1 kg of chcicken feet and
have it over the next few days. The taste just gets better
Best chicken feet i had outside will be in BKK , along a strech of
side stores in Huay Kwang. Just imagine local chicken rice boneless
chicken feet >>> with a better sauce and taste. the
texture of the chicken feet is nicer too. Much bigger in size and
more crunchy to the bite.
