190 is a semi express service as it route has PIE and BKE that why many people take the service. there is another service 171, but the route is too long to reach BPJ. If SMRT can introduce 171E this might help 190. same as 74E or 10E from SBST skip some stops or go to expressway if needed.

means some 171 buses deploy to become 171E which skip some route and loop at BPJ and return to orchard during friday and Weekends and public holiday.

or there is another way is to remove all the sit from some bus from 190 and bulid a door at the back to force people move to the back. or get DD buses or deploy staff at those bus stop where many people waiting for 190 and let people enter the back door of the bus like those JB bus service doing.

there is this shawn ong very aggressive in FB... Telling SMRT to wake up and arranged to have a meeting with LTA and SMRT management . See what he can come out. He even invite the media for it. Dont know if he talk talk only or for real.
