Some fave are: Sweet potato leaves Kang Kong Baby kai lan Ladies fingers Dou miao Di hwang chai Local spinach (the rounded-leaf type) Oh, not forgetting the "gua" (gourds): Jiao gua fried with scambled egg and prawns Mao gua in soup Liang2 ban4 hwang2 gua1 (Chinese spicy cucumber salad) - anyone has the receipe?
