BillyBong SG I've been seeing these stalls pop up all over SG, so decided to try it last week. Boy was it an expensive meal.... $9.10/- for a fish and prawn soup with kolo mee....the mee cost 2 bucks alone! But must say that while it looked like instant noodles, it did taste reasonably good. Just not worth the exhorbitant price though... My take.
BillyBong SG No leh...i order what i thought was enough for me, and the portion was ok only, not fantastically huge. They are rather stingy with their noodles though.
FireIce SG i always eat the cheapest one no other bling bling of abalons and prawns one chinatown one nicer......the roadside one.......but a bit too salty vvc one oso not bad lah..... noodles bery springy..........the minced meat is nice~~~~~ im expecting std to drop bcos of franchising and commercialisation
yongyong SG it cost me RM2 at my hometown... and its definitely 100% plus chop, a lot better than the one selling in singapore... Seriously, i ate the mee liaw, i felt like wanna vomit for 2 days...
^tamago^ SG i noe, everyone's been saying that, but can't expect me to take a plane there to eat right? cheapest tickets down is S$270....
yongyong SG ya, sorry, forgot to add the ticket price to that RM2... But, air asia, from jb to kuching, 9.99 to 39.90 (RM) + RM 65 tax. per trip.
