(same as 182) except for Tuas Checkpoint part when it was
introduced in 2001

1998: Introduced bet Jurong East & Tuas via Jurong Town Hall
Rd, Boon Lay Way, Corporation Rd, Jln Ahmad Ibrahim. From then, the bus do enter Tuas Checkpoint bus
stop during selected hours.
Sv 183 was introduced on the same day, between Tuas Terminal
& Tuas South (Loop).
In 2001/ 2002, 182 was amended to ply Tuas & Boon Lay via
Jln Boon Lay (Express).
Not long later, 182 & 183 merged, this time skipping most of
Jln Ahmad Ibrahim, plying Upp Jurong Rd (Express) instead.
In 2004/ 2005, 182 started calling Upp Jurong Rd bus stops.
