I wanted to ask, when is the year where Victoria St became bi-directional and New Bridge Rd (road name) allow bus services to ply the road? Which buses were amended to ply these two roads instead of North Bridge Road and South Bridge Road?

And 858 and 966. I spoke to some SL who drove 858. They say travelling back to WLDEP from T2 is tiring 1h trip. They changed to 965 coz it is less tiring to drive 965 than 858. 966 also shld be tiring to travel all the way back to WLDEP from Parkway Parade.
