Actually 853 should be WAB bcoz it doesnt have bendy fleets like
majority WRI svc had.
Most of the current SMRT WAB are mainly bus with no bendy fleet
like 171,167,980,985,941,945,947,966,852,855 including buses with
minority bendy fleet like 851,189,187 and 700
Actually, If they double the MANs for the WLD feeders, That
might do the trick.
So if 911/912/913 gets 20 MANs to replace the bendies, It might
overall be eligible to go WAB.
