i do not like cheap unfresh sushi prepared by machines. they disgust me. i also avoid conveyor belt sushi like sakae.

I only believe in authentic japanese cuisine like waraku restaurant.

I use to worked in Japanese Restaurant(inside the kitchen) b4, believe me, those $0.60 or Sakae sushi can throw into dustbin.

The quality of Carrefour & Sakae sushi are same, no quality sushi.

If u want to try real sushi, go to those expensive Jap restaurant(mainly for sushi), u can choose what fish u like, the Jap chief will make infront of u.

No, I mean Singapore weather not suitable to eat sushi, hot weather destroy the quality of the fish, ppl eat sushi bcos they want to taste the freshness of the raw fish.

Futhermore the Sakae Sushi using cheap Jap rice.

Last time I eat squid sushi in Hokaido, very fresh, the squid just pick from aquarium.
