Hi, Im from Tans Beef Noodle. Heard from a customer that my
stall was mentioned here. My stall is only 1+ month old. Im not
professionally trained in cooking, so still have a lot to
learn.
Taiwanese Beef La Mian is the national dish in Taiwan. Its a pure
Taiwanese invention. My recipe is from my Taiwanese mom-in-laws
family. Its over 60 years old which uses more than 12 ingredients
& requires hours to prepare. Im new in this business and your
