I photographed 3003 on 43 at 3.55pm at Buangkok station towards
UEC. Working back to Punggol, give it about 15 mins or so to
travel, that means you'll need to be at Punggol by 3.30pm latest
just in case? No idea about 3004 though.
3004 around 1750hrs reach Tg Katong Rd twds Punggol
