Not confirmed. It was spotted doing 174 sometime ago. It even did Premium 533 on 20 January 2012.

It seems that the Premium Services using Wrights had been using different Wrights instead of their perms:

533: SBS3028C, SBS3269Z, SBS7619X, SBS7700T, SBS7726U

534: SBS7637T,

543: SBS7623H,

545: SBS7633D, SBS7638R, SBS7639M, SBS7650D, SBS7651B, SBS7683J

557: SBS7686B

Also, SBS7708Y did Premium 569 once before.

If you are talking about the 3xxx-series, none yet. But for the 77xx-series, 7710P 7712J are perm AR 14.

I'm not convinced 74 is ready to break out of its 90s era fleet.
