I dun wish to start repeating myself...
From the threads and post being posted recently, it's alrdy
known what's going on. Demanding for new buses, playing with bus
routes networking, demanding for WAB buses (there's the VWO to help
and id the svs that needs priority) and so on.
OK so now, fine is imposed over bus scheduling, though it'll
need for the reveal of just which bus svs are involved to look at
what's going on. Something is obviously wrong.
The problem is of addressing schedule reliability and not for
new buses here and there.
