I think 25 might be lower down in the priority for Wrights
compared to 70 or 133 from AMDEP's view. Cause 25 actually has CDGE
B9s, 70 and 133 don't.
But if you think logically, all 3 services stand equal
chances.
70 needs 3 more WABs to hit the min quota (there's just 1 more LO
9137G left though).
133 needs just 1 more WAB to do the same (there's 9097M &
9189G).
And 25 needs 3 more WABs as well (there's 2 LOs 9079R
9141T).
25 have so CDGE B9TLs, think they don't need new Wrights at this
point of time.
