SLBP is not in need of wrights at the moment - there is 22 of
them spare.
BBDEP however only got 9 spare. Since SLBP is deploying Vo3x into
JIS services, it doesn't need that much wrights.
SLBP might need some Wrights to replace the LO3X or VO3X on
services like 30, 97, 174 or even non-WAB services like 502.
