could be ! because can see now 88 everyday borrowing so many DDs
from other svcs ( 60 143 154 157 etc..) to help out the load of
this svc but on the other hand they put 3186D to perm 143 but this
bus now keep doing sv 88 intead of it perm .
88 was always one of the top high loading services, but I
thought with svc 50 coming in and improved frequency on 72, 159, it
would relieve the load on 88 in certain sectors, but seems like the
loading has increased even more that DDs are being borrowed from
other services on a regular basis.
