What is the reason that download speed can attain 150kb/s where
as upload speed can only hit 15kb/s.
Who impose the restriction? Or is it because the highway is shared
by so many people and everybody can only craw alone at average of
15kb/s.
If starhub can make the highway (that is under the control of
starhub) a little wider, then average speed can go up. How do we
know that the bottle net is not with the highway controlled by
starhub?
