yeah Ive lived in KL for a couple of years and The Chicken Rice
Shop has been around for quite some time, loads of branches, we do
go there from time to time, but we, being my family, prefer going
to House of Chicken Rice, smaller franchise, better food (owners
singaporean as well). With that being said, its much more difficult
to find a good plate of hainanese chicken rice over there so I cant
really judge the quality difference.
Anyway it sounds like the food and service is much better in KL
then, I was thinking of going there the next time I come back down
to singapore..
I say give the new franchise some slack, and maybe an extra year
before going back there again? Because its very successful in
malaysia at least.
