How to cook macroni and cheese

How do i cook macroni and cheese. Classic one.
Actually i did cook before, and turns out the result was quite good.

I got mine from www.lrn2cook.com.

Ya, But the ingredients too complicated so i was wondering if anyone else could teach me or at least give me a few pointers in making it delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1-3/4 cups and 2 tablespoons milk
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2-1/4 cups macaroni

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
2. Mix together condensed soup and cheese. Using the empty soup can, measure 1 can of milk; mix into the soup mixture. Stir in cooked pasta. Dump into a greased casserole dish, and cover.
3. Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

i usually add other cheese instead of 3/4 cup of cheddar...find that too boring...
you can always add other stuff to the recipe like ham,tuna,veges...whatever...

i dunno my oven can or not….mine ish those small ones, max heat is 280 degress….and i thought boil pasta must put little oil? the direction say one

No oil in pasta water, it may coat the pasta then it cannot absorb the yummy sauces when tossed with it. Sad Just salt it.

You don't actually bake the pasta cooked in the oven, you just broil it till the cheese melts. I would just cook pasta (undercook by about 2 mins) and heat cream in a pan with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put the pasta on a baking dish, sprinkle with shredded cheese of your choice, top with the cream, top with more cheese, then bake for 5 min.
