I wouldn't say it's the best, but can try the new Kopitiam food
court at Novena Sq (renamed Velocity). It's not overly crowded and
has a good mix of stalls including Scissors curry rice, Jap,
Korean, Thai, hot wok, roast meat, noodles, etc. The food on
display all look delicious to me.
