their pattern? Anything is possible except bendy. Cos
no bendy n crowd can't board 860. Then can ask Lta to give few more
buses to sv860
New bus routes doesn't warrant higher capacity buses for the
moment, unless the demand is going to be very high as the time
passes.
They always introduce single deckers to test the route first. If
the demand is too low, they migh even withdraw that service, before
introducing higher capacity buses.
And this route doesn't warrant higher capacity buses, it only
needs better frequencies.
