maybe the BSEP were inclusive of the batch 1s after all. after the feb BSEP ones register then all 200 will be registered

For some buses, the voith whistling isn't as heard easily as others. SGWiki also claimed that they were using Voith DIWA 864.5 gearboxes. Maybe you need to compare the engine sounds of a ZF MAN and the 13xx series.
