But seriously, is drinking tap water harmful?
When I was young, I always drink boiled water because my mum told
me that tap water is dirty... But after going through NS and
drinking from those super old and dirty taps for 2 years and still
staying alive, I have been drinking tap water since then...
I don't think it's harmful... well, at least the harmful effects
are not immediate, judging from my own experience so far 
When we were in army, those guys who went to Brunei for training
must have drank lots of water from the streams too...
