There is this muslim brand halal burger patties which you can
buy from NTUC and Cold Storage. Can't remember the brand but it's a
green and yellow packaging. Those the patties they use for Ramly
Burger.
The special sauce they splash on the burger while cooking is
actually Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce. I remember seeing
them add pepper too while cooking.
Rest of the sauces I think is sweet chilli sauce and mayo
