- five spices powder
- teriyaki sauce
- soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper
- tomyam paste
- char siew sauce

I usually marinade the chicken wings using Teriyaki Sauce from NTUC but sometimes doesn't achieve good quality. Any suggestions?

Anyone uses Honey instead?

honey oso can but u kinda taste the honey separately from the meat
the honey just does not go in the meat loh........

i'd only add honey towards e end when e meat is almost ready, or it will get burnt.

whatever the heck you can find..

some spices, the 5-spice powder is good.. or if you want, go get some fresh spices.. whatever there is, and some Jack Daniel's or Southern Comfort...

put so much ingredient meh? scary sia.... i got my method... if u wan to eat chicken fillet, u r silly... should buy boneless chicken leg... nicer and cheaper... choc into smaller pcs then marinade with black pepper sauce... super!!!

For the sambal fish fillet, buy the frozen dory fish fillet another name for it is sutchi fillet. One pkt have 3 pcs then u cut into smaller pcs. for the ingredient stated, marinade it then put at aluminium foil... will very nice... is best selling at all my BBQ event... alot of ppl eat lor...
